Weather Station
WightAid is a charitable organisation working on the Isle of Wight with Businesses so that charity from local businesses works with local needs. The budgets within education mean that fewer and fewer resources can be purchased through school funding, which makes the work of FOSTA and WIGHTAID so important for small schools like ours. Thanks to the grant applied for by FOSTA to Wight Aid, the children will be able to use a state of the art weather station in conjunction with log boxes to explore scientifically and mathematically data and predictions. The school is very grateful for the support of Wight Aid in this grant and know the children will have great times using this technology.
